What you do if you can track people?
To my value reader,
I love to use Google Earth. For them who new to this software, Google Earth is a proprietary virtual globe program that was originally called Earth Viewer, and was created by Keyhole, Inc, a company acquired by Google in 2004. It maps the earth by the superimposition of images obtained from satellite imagery, aerial photography and GIS 3D globe.
Today there is lot of program similar like this. My point was you can track people by entering the exact name. The one site that i found recently was Acme People Tracker.
Acme People Tracker is a simple web interface where you can simply type a name of the person, select the state then press search. Oops! don’t forget to supply a code provided to prevent spam or bot submission.

To narrow a result you can choose to search by Phone Number and by SSN. So far this tracker are display a result from US only but they aim to add others country in the future.
