Back to topic, fraud click is against Google terms of service (TOS). To avoid you account being banned you must install third party tools that can help you to prevent this. After install this script the adsense are unclickable on your own computer(pc).
What you have to do is download this firefox addons called greasemonkey after that download this javascript to prevent fraud click.
After installation both script, restart firefox, save all unsave document if any. Open your site/blog that contain your adsense code. First thing came up was splash to input your pub ID like picture below.

Key in your pub ID (avoid mistake-just a number not include ‘pub ID’) to make it sure try to click on ‘Ads by Google’, normally on bottom right or top of that ads.
Remember that, this only work on your own computer.

last time there are people who give me a lot invalid click, google has ban me after that…
after few month appeal, only google release back my account… too bad
