it's quite complicated. I'll try to make it simple.Girl with glasses works for a company called Vector and she in charge of developing a prototype robotic weapon called KOS-MOS.KOS-MOS is supposed to be able to fight against some new alien beings (Gnosis) that are killing people all over the universe.Realians are humanoid robots composed of organic tissue like humans. KOS-MOS on the other hard is completely mechanical.The rest I'm sure will be explained in the series.
