Yes. A short-lived series that was originally shown in late 60's or 70's. Last time I saw it was in '93 on the Sci-Fi Channel during it's enjoyable Cartoon Quest band of morning animation.

Also in the original novel the Apes are somewhat technically advanced, I think they were supposed to have even had satellites for broadcasting. |
