bush certainly takes the credit for "no attacks since 9/11" but he as well as the clinton administration deserve some heat for the events of 9/11. there were some vital intelligence reports which both administrations lent a deaf ear to. one such intelligence report was received at stewart air base the weekend prior to 9/11.
